Co-operate in the cleaning of all utensils and equipment required for service, sideboard.
To provide clean utensils and equipment as required during the service.

To make guests comfortable by creating a clean and disciplined atmosphere in the service area.
4.
Participate in laying tables according to the waiter’s Guidance.
To lay the tables according the reservations plan.
Ensure good table presentations as well as ensuring availability of table equipment for smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
5.
Take guest’s orders to the kitchen and bring dishes and accompaniments to the sideboards.
To inform the kitchen. To assist the waiter/captain in the restaurant and anticipate guest’s requirements.
To maintain standards and ensure speedy service.
6.
Treat guests with courtesy and kindness
Proper handling of the customers and to develop positive attitude amongst the staff.
To maintain the good reputation of the restaurant and to attract more business by providing courteous service.
7.
Participate in food and beverage service according the rules.
To assist the waiter/captain as well as to give an opportunity to the asst. Waiter to come near to the guests and upgrade their skills.
To maintain speedy service and to train the asst. Waiters in handling customers as well as learning service techniques according to the rules.
8.
Follow the chain of command.
To good relation with your college and other staff.
To prevent all of misunderstanding with your senior staff.
9.
Participate in any other tasks assigned by the waiter.
