You'll need to decide on a career before you decide on a job because it will give you a sense of direction, thus allowing you to focus your job search.

Some Answer of interview Question:

  • Broadcast Yourself/About yourself :
Ans: When asked this question it’s time to sell yourself - give a professional snapshot of your talents, qualifications and experience, your hobby, your extra qualifications . When you say about your experience try to concentrate on aspects of your experience that relate to the job.

Also you can discuss this companies services, goals, position etc.

  • Why should we hire you?
When asked this question it’s  seems to be  'Tell me about yourself', but this time try to be more specific in linking your talents to the requirements of the position like give strong examples of your skills and career achievements.
For example you can say
'In my previous position, the food prepare  system was not proper way that’s why kitchen cannot prepare the food timely as requirement time from the waiter. As a result customer or guest was not satisfy.. I approached my manager and suggested a very simple way to fix the problem. She/He agreed and I implemented the changes and also explained how it all worked. And describe what is the result after following your suggestion. ( This example only for Hotel/Restaurant) When you take preparation  the different profession of interview you can write it how you want to answer and don’t forget to practice in home . You can practice alone front of mirror of with relative or friend.
  • What are your strengths:
You can describe here - customer service skills that means how to give customer service.

Your leadership skills
Problem-solving skills,
Ability to priorities and work under pressure etc. You should make a note from your home before your interview.
  • Have you got any difficult time or situation in your previous job? And how you handled it?
The interviewer is also trying to determine what you define as 'difficult' so try to choose an example that was challenging but not impossible to resolve.
Always describe a conclusion that shows you acting in a positive way for the company.
  • Did you enjoy your last job?
Here you can describe your previous Companies system, Environment, Behavior of Manager and colleague.
Yu have to say positively. Never use any negative site in your previous job.
  •  Why did you leave that job?
It was decided that my skills and qualifications weren't suited to the position. I am excited by this role because it matches my experience and I know I will be able to thrive and make a valuable contribution to the company.
The company was going through a difficult financial patch and were unable to pay competitive rates and keep up with evolving technology. With 15 years of accounting experience, an MBA and a young family, I would like to work for an organization that has a solid future.
  • Have you got any weakness?/ Describe about your weakness.
When you answer this question you have to follow a technique just think what is the main keyword which is required for this job. Like don’t say I have a little mistake sometimes I can’t count correctly the cash. If your job interview as a cashier in any company.

  • What you expect of salary/About your salary range/What salary do you expect in this position?
If the job advertisement doesn’t make mention of the pay, then you will need to do a little investigating of your own before interview like from another company or newspaper you have to find out salary range for this position. from  the key responsibilities. Take into consideration whether it is full time, part time, casual or contract, and whether you will be offered a package or a flat rate. This will give you an idea of what to expect.
your research will come in handy for you to state a salary range that you would not only expect from the company and the position, but also one you would be willing to accept. You may mention your current salary as a kind of benchmark, especially if you’re applying for a similar role.
You need to be realistic about your market value and there is a fine balance between overselling and underselling yourself – and neither of these outcomes is desirable.
